Operating System: Chrome OS

I went to Google support with the touch-screen-keyboard accessibility setting. I turned the Chromebook on and off, I typed in guest mode, I deleted the account, I even power-washed the device. Still, my Chromebook laptop doesn't work. The Google help page said if none of that works the computer needs to be serviced, and use a plug in keyboard via Bluetooth, USB, whatever.
