Hi, tried to contact support page but it shows error 404. Earlier this month (November 2023) i faced issue in the HP Command Centre app whereby the option to select for the thermal profile is no longer there and it shows "HP discovered a required components need to be updated by our technology supplier. Until this update is deployed, this control function will be inaccessible. However, this issue will not affect other aspect of the Envy 15".
Its been more than a week now and there is still no fix for this. Does any Envy 15 user faces this issues recently? Thanks

Hey there Alden. I tried the link on HP Support but i don't seem to find any option for the solution. It is all automated fix or chat with the AI which is not really helpful at all for the situation I'm in. Would greatly appreciate if you could forward the issue to the relevant department to have it solved ASAP. This issue has been around nearly 2 weeks already without any updates released to fix it at all. Thank you,
