HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

I would like to file a formal complaint to HP. I'm wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the HP Envy? I received this as a gift at Christmas. It stopped working within a week. Several hours have been spent calling HP. They were able to send me a new printer, only for that one to also stop working. I have spent so many hours with HP. Not to mention all the time it has taken me to package the printer back up and take it to FedEx office. I'm on my third printer and now the network won't work to get this one working as well. I have been working on this for an hour and it still says "HP setting up your printer"I work full time so spending time on the phone AGAIN to fix this issue just isn't possible. I would also like to add I have had a bunch of trouble with the insta ink as well. Was with a customer care person as well for a way too long and I could barely understand her because her connections were so bad.

hello,

most problems are gone ...

(1) if you do an factory reset of your device (take a look at the printed or online manual).

Note: All indivual settings are lost, so you have to setup

(2) Always plug all cables before switching on your device.

(3) Check the official hp support site to install the latest drivers for the device

https://support.hp.com/us-en

and (if available) a firmware update for the device should do best.

Just a few ideas ...

best regards
