I am IT Contractor supporting the United States Air Force for some HP Printer and have opened three different Case Numbers [Personal Information Removed] between Aug - Nov 2021 but HP keeps closing the tickets without resolving a smoked power supply on printer that has a valid warranty until Feb 2022. 

The last case number response was to call someone in Japan since we are located at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa. HP provided two Japan phone numbers that do not work. I found an HP Japan online website and scheduled an "HP Call Back" for 19 Nov 21, 0900-1000, but nobody has called.

I want to know how to file a formal complaint with HP and WILL start the arduous process of working with the Air Force Contracting department since HP has been paid for services they are not honoring.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).
