Hi, does anyone know where I can get the rubber stripes for dragonfly 13"?

You can try HP Partsurfer-Germany.  According to: HP PartSurfer, the part kit you need (please verify) has p/n: N22933-001 "SPS-RUBBER KIT", and looks like this:

HP has it in stock -at least in the US:

Otherwise, you'll have to make some measurements and search eBay-Germany or Amazon-Germany to locate rubber strips such as can be seen here: laptop rubber strips for sale | eBay.
