HP ENVY TS 17 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

I have an older HP Envy and it is coming apart at the left corner.  It seems like the hinge is super tight.  Opening and closing the laptop causes the case to come apart at the corner. Not sure what the problem is and it is something the phone support can't help with. Has anyone else had any luck getting this issue resolved?  I see from there are similar posts from a couple of years back but that thread is closed.
