Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am facing camera issue more than a month and logged complaint 5th Jan in my new HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D5AV)  but still issue not resolved and facing issue in daily meetings. Whenever I raise email request to hp Service head team, they asks sorry instead of providing the solution and simply pull on days.

Tech team already done activity like bios update,driver update,OS reinstallation several times and last time engineer visited our office and opened internal spares after that it worked for some time again same issue happening which clearly indicates unit has some hardware issue and I do not understand why they want troubleshooting  again and again. They are also wasting time on this process and affecting our daily work and online meetings.

 

FYI on dated 28th jan 2023 also same issue found and I am disappointed the level of support providing by HP. we people are working for crucial hospital equipment our work culture affecting by HP units.

 

I am expecting positive response from HP management to solve this case at earliest.
