HP Elite Book x360 - Active Pen. How do I recharge? How do I pair or reconnect.

Hello, My Active Pen and EliteBook are new and were working fine. However the pen is not disconnected and I can not reconnect. I suspect that this is because the battery is dead. 

1. ) How do I recharge the Active Pen?

2.) How do I reconnect / pair the Ac tive Pen to the Eltine Book?

THere are 2 versions of the Active Pen... Version 2 shipping now has rechargeable batteries and a usb-c connector behind a little door hidden with a rubberized door near the top of the pen...

Thank you for this informatipon. I have found the little window and I am charging up the Pen. Perhaps that will also help my pairing and reconnecting problem. I will see...
