Hi,
I'm using a HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock HSTNN-CX01 with my HP Zbook Power G7. When I connect two 4k displays only one has a signal resolution of 3840*2160 (4k). The second display has a signal resolution of 1920*1080 (FHD). Both displays have a desktop resolution of 3840x2160 (but the second display is blurred due to the FHD signal resolution). Is this a problem of the docking because it's not compatible with my notebook or has my notebook a problem with the thunderbolt port (there's no thunderbolt icon in the tray, when the docking is connected)?
It works fine, when I use the displayport of the docking and the HDMI-port from the notebook directly (both have a signal resolution and a desktop resolution of 4k).
If the docking is not compatible with my notebook, wich docking can I use or wich one is recommened by HP?
Chris
