Hello everyone.

I've been thinking about the issue for a few days now. So far I have tried the following:

1.- Clean the equipment and restore it to the factory settings.

2.- BIOS and drivers update.

3.- Restore BIOS to the factory parameters.

4.- Modify parameters related to energy management.

5.- Perform stress tests to try to increase the speed of the processor.

The only thing I found in my searches was this: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/cpu-stuck-at-1ghz-utilization-40/677c4407-cabf...

None of these "workarounds" have gotten the processor speed higher than 1GHz. Has anyone had this problem or have any solution? Thanks.
