Product: HP EliteBook 820 G1 (C3E79ES)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My laptop turns on the fan at full power when the laptop is turned off or put to sleep. When the laptop is on, the fan is operating normally.
I tried both on the battery and on the power adapter.
How to fix it?
