If you cannot boot from USB flash drive use Options in the Image tool to build a HDD.

 

Then use the drive to boot the program on the locked laptop.

 

I use some old 40GB HDD's formated fat32.

Precision:
In my case I installed the tool on a hard disk and booted with it.
I automatically start on the HPBR.
Then type "DOS" and then follow the steps....
It's magical!
