Product: EliteBook 850 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The user of one of our EliteBook 850 G4 is experiecing issues printing duplicates. I have tried removing the copier drivers, reinstalled the drivers, removing the copier and associating the copier with the laptop, printing from different copiers and printers, and several other procedures found on this forum and other sites online, however, nothing has resolved the issue thus far. The issue found on the link below, describes an issue similar to what we are experiencing, however, the solution has not proved successful.

Any thoughts or suggestions, will be appreciated.
