Dear Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5 laptop. Whenever I try to run programming-related tasks, such as compiling code or running a virtual machine, the laptop gets very hot. I am concerned that this may be damaging to the device and could affect its performance in the long run.

I purchased this laptop with the understanding that it was suitable for programming and other high-performance tasks. However, the heat issue is making it difficult for me to use the laptop for extended periods of time.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if there are any steps I can take to mitigate the heat issue or if there are any updates or fixes that may be available.
