HP EliteBook x360 G2

Hello,

Gotten the Elitebook for its flexibility to switch between tablet and laptop. Was so satisfied with it until I felt the screen was loose and upon checking found the left hinge to be out of place and possibly broken.

This caught me by surprise as I hardly switched to tablet function except for a few occasions during my presentations. Have been using the laptop with extra care as it cost a bomb and it was sitting on my desk most of the time. I've been using my laptop for about two years and now this happened.

Upon reading online, found that this is quite common among Elitebook/Envy owners. Such highly rated laptop selling at such premium price but this is the quality we get? I can't help but to feel tons of disappointment.
