Product: Elitebook 830 G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

 

I've broken the key and key holster on the keyboard for my Elitebook 830 G6 and I am struggling to find a replacement UK/US Keyboard but am finding plenty for other models. I'm wondering if any other models share the same keyboard and ribbon or what HP's warranty policy is on accidental damage for something like a keyboard.

if the laptop has accidental damage protection (HP ADP) you should be able to call in for service for the keyboard breakage
