Product: HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G9 Notebook PC (581B0AV)

When I closed the laptop lid, the laptop sometimes transitioned to sleep state properly but sometimes it stayed in screen off state and did not transition to sleep state. If that happened, when I open the lid, the laptop screen did not turn on and I had to hold the power button to force a shutdown and turn it on again. I checked the sleep study report and could not find out the reason why it failed to sleep. Please help!
