Product: Elitebook 840 G6 and Usb-C G5 docking device

Hello everyone!

 

Just received my work at home equipment and while trying to set it up noticed that my EliteBook 840 G6 is not charging and the USB-C G5 dock is not turning on. I was scared I mixed up power cords, but upon checking the laptop was connected to 65W charger and the dock was connected to 120W charger, so it was all correct.

 

I have also checked the power cords on my Yamaha that uses the same ports - both chargers are working. The equipment is brand new so I am unsure as to why it may not be working. Any suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciated!
