Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

We've recently purchased the Elitebook X360 830 G6 for our replacement laptop fleet. The laptops come with a Bang & Olufsen Audio Control application pre-installed, however I'm unable to find it under software & drivers on the support page.

 

Is anyone able to advise where this can be obtained from?

Hello @wehlo75,

 

I believe the Bang & Olufsen audio control panel is installed with the audio driver.

 

Please try installing the audio driver below:

 

Realtek HD Audio Driver

 

Description:

This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
