HP Elitebook x360 830 G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

In our company we've got a new notebook model the HP Elitebook x360 830 G6. To provide the notebook with an OS we use the sccm via network.

Now to my problem.: If I boot the notebook via pxe, the installation starts normally. After 10 minutes or so, the notebook goes into sleep mode I think. The problem is, that I'm not able to wake up the notebook. When I press a key on the keyboard, the lights on the keyboard gets activated just like on the other ones but the display stays black and the pxe boot doesn't continue.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for your help!
