My laptop HP ENVY 17" is not to envy , it is literally falling apart , it went twice for repair as the internet kept disconnecting when on wifi , had the cable co send me their latest router , their regional district manager actually came in to verify the install , He was quite surprised to find a residential with Cat8 as inside cable . HP replace internet connector and relevant junk , one day something was rattling inside internmet was still disconnecting on wifi , still does by the way {however their old 17" has no problem with wifi for reference} the only way i have service is connected via cable , none of family menbers have connectivity issue with wifi on their apple nor do I with my IPhone my signal is so strong you can connect up to a block away ..I was given a carepack extention as part of the first repair experience , however I have never been able to activate it , customer support ws useless , now I am stuck in their circle it is not in warranty they won't talk to you , by the way none of the Customer care agent I have been in contact are available , and never return phone call , I have been an HP customer for some 40 years if not more both business and private , the way I see it they are no different than insurance Co , Brand has no mening . Beware of what you are buying . as far as privacy i have no problem posting my model number serial and my name , I have nothing to hide
