HP G2 Thunderbolt Dock 120W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everyone! I recently bought the audio module (3AQ21AA) for my G2 Thunderbolt 120W dock. I updated the firmware and the audio module seems to be working ok. The issue I'm having is that not all of the integrated/touch audio controls are working. Volume up/down and mute seem to work, but that's it. The call accept/end buttons do not work, nor does the LED light up in green when I am on calls. I have tested this with Microsoft Teams, Skype for B, Zoom, and Google Meet. Nothing.

Any thoughts? Anyone else run into this?

Hello

the buttons to accept and close a call are supported only with Skype and they should work at least with this software

with  others software such as Teams or Zoom (I  use both) , only volume up/down works.

bye

Thank you for your response. After some further testing, I was able to get the call controls to work with Skype. Unfortunate that this doesn't work with Teams. Hopefully there is an update in future that allows this to work with other apps. Thanks again!

Hello

as far I know  HP  will never produce a new TB Dock G2 firmware  update to support Teams or Zoom. it's a pity,

bye
