Product: HP ProBook 650 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When i try and connect my HP ProBook to the HP Docking HUB.  The mouse and keyboard are recognized and no the External Monitor.   Tried a different docking hub and same issue.  Monitor advised no connection and advised to check cables.   i did check cables and no issues noted.  Tried connect a different Probook to my docking hb and everything works.   So it appears to not be a docking hub issue, but and issue with my ProBook.  Any thoughts or fixes to try.

 

MY internal IT support has been sloe to respond today.
