Hi 

My HP laptop has a speaker malfunction, which was reported to HP CUSTOMER CARE and Mr AHMED MUBARAK on 3rd August. It has been 3 months since an HP technician replaced the speakers and motherboard within the warranty period initially. 

What is the escalation point in HP to bring their notice of substandard products and substandard technical support? 

The subject has been reported to the Customer care number multiple times. It seems escalation in customer care is not effective.
