Hello HP Community,
I'm encountering a frustrating issue with my HP Spectre x360 laptop, crucial for my mobile car detailing business. While on-site, I heavily rely on it for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and running diagnostic software. Unfortunately, I'm facing rapid battery drain, often within just a few hours of use.
- Here's more detail:
- The laptop is less than a year old and always starts fully charged.
- I've optimized power settings, lowered screen brightness, and closed unnecessary apps.
- It's set to battery saver mode, with only essential programs running.
- I've updated all drivers and BIOS to the latest versions from HP's support site.
Despite these efforts, battery life remains unexpectedly short. This has led to inconvenience, needing to find power outlets at client locations and occasionally rescheduling appointments.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their HP laptops, especially in mobile business settings? Any tips on enhancing battery performance or diagnosing potential underlying issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your assistance!
Best regards,
Matthew
