I BOUGHT A *BRAND NEW* HP PROBOOK 440 G9 FROM AMAZON AND THE THINGS I FOUND ARE...
BEFORE I OPEN IT...
- NO WEBCAM
- BLANK BLACK SCREEN AFTER TURN ON
AFTER I OPENED IT UP...
- NO SPEAKER??? W*F!
- NO CR2025 BATTERY (CMOS)
I CAN USE THIS LAPTOP BUT I MUST CONNECT TO HDMI MONITOR TO USE IT
AND WHAT I FOUND ABOUT THIS LAPTOP OS
NSTALLED RAM 4.00GB (3.83GB USABLE)
STORAGE 1TB M2 SSD
WINDOWS 10 BUILD 19042.2075 32 BIT??? WHAT THE HELL IS THIS????

Your complaint would be best handled through Amazon Customer Service.

I would recommend choosing the option: "Phone" from: "How would you like to contact us?", because this person-to-person approach works best, at least in my experience:
Take a deep breath, sit down, relax, wait for the Amazon customer service person to call you, and face this issue calmly and composedly.
