HP Pavilion 17 Black Screen & Caps lock led stay on , tried to remove the battery and press long press on power btn , same issue , bios battery removed and repleaced , ram changed staty the same issue >>>>>? any help 🙂

Use the below steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Performing a hard reset

Resetting the computer can resolve many issues that cause a blank screen. Go to How to Power Reset Your Laptop for detailed steps to reset your notebook.

Continue to the next step if a hard reset did not resolve the issue.

@ahmedmansour08 I'm afraid that would confirm a hardware malfunction, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

 

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
