Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Pavillion 17-cn0065cl that will not boot properly. BIOS sees the Samsung 512GB NVME that it should be booting off of, but after startup, it is no longer recognizable. On some occasions, I have been able to boot into Windows 11 somewhat normally, but as soon as soon as I get to the login screen, the screen goes haywire and I'm unable to interact with it any further, forcing me to power off the laptop. In other occasions, I will either have to go through the Windows 11 setup process (choosing keyboard layout, etc) which still results in the previous issue, or I will be notified that there is no OS installed on the drive. The NVME is what came with the laptop, and I tried installing a Linux instance on a fresh partition. This is where the initial issues came into play which prevented any startup whatsoever. I decided to completely reformat the drive and do a fresh installation of Windows 11. That brings me to where I am now. I have a Windows 11 Installation Media boot thumb that I used to do this, but during Windows installation I realized the drive was not being recognized for me to write the OS to. It was also not recognized by DiskPart. I found the correct drivers to allow the machine to see the drive and install Windows, but after install, a restart is required, and the drive is no longer being seen. I have tried using command prompt in the Advanced Options Troubleshoot screen to put the correct drivers onto the drive, but I have had little to no success. I have tried swapping the NVME out for another NVME fresh out of the box and this also did not fix anything. My unshakeable thought is that it is simply a driver issue, but I have had issues installing them. HP website keeps advising me to go  to their page to let them "detect the device and install/update drivers" but as mentioned before, if I have a successful boot into Windows 11 the screen immediately croaks.

I know this is a lot of seemingly repetitive info, but if anyone has any ideas or needs additional information please let me know.
