My HP Pavillion isn't woring properly, screws are falling out, it freezes when i have two windows open and the speakers are quiet. I can't figure out what to put into the chatbot to solve the issue

never, that's why im so confused. I carry it around all the time and when im resting it on my legs the back bends inwards to the point that i can't click the touchoad bc the back is bending
