Hello everyone,

I've got a wired problem. My laptop's touchscreen cant detect the Stylus that came with it. although it is able to pair via Bluetooth.  I can even use the double click functions to take screenshots and such.

Just a few things I've already checked

  • The pen is compatible with my laptop, checked on the HP website (and obviously it came with the device)
  • The laptop's touchscreen is not inactive, it works perfectly fine with my fingers.
  • I've tried replacing the tip with the extra ones it came with (Didn't make a difference)
  • Reinstalled my touchscreen driver
  • Tried everything in "Pen" settings
  • Installed Wacom Pen

So yea I've tried everything, I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest a solution
