Hello, I have an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model (laptop). It came with an HP active pen. The active pen is an older one that runs on one (AAAA) battery. (It is NOT the rechargeable active pen. Those models are newer.)
The pen connects to Bluetooth. I can see it is "paired" under devices. Additionally, I can see that the pen makes an impression on the touchscreen of my EliteBook (like an invisible line), but it will not actually write. I have tried several apps that are compatible: OneNote, Sketchable, etc.
Has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it?
