Ok so, i recap:

I can install the Updates normally and to solve the Problem i only need th Install the Driver From Tom_S?

That were a wunderful solution. After contacting HP-Support for 3 Days, and speaking with 7!!! Supporters no one can help me...

It happens to all location I know. it seems to be related to Windows update because not everyone reported it same time.

I was able to fix this issue by going into the Bios and switching the USB C Dock option from 3.0 to 2.0. All video became stable after this. Can leave all the drivers installed and it just worked.
