HP Probook 450 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I'm trying to charge my HP Probook 450 G5 through USB-C with an 60w charger, which works on other similar notebooks.

Windows says "Plugged in, not charging".

The only time it was charging through USB-C was when I completely drained the battery so that it won't even turn on. I plugged the USB-C cable in, turned the notebook on, and it was charging. A few mins later i unplugged the cable and plugged it in again => says "PLugged in, not charging" again (and of course doesnt charge the battery).

Is there any way to get USB-C charging working consistently?

Best regards,

Markus
