Probook 450 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We now have 3 450G7 Probooks that have had a Bios update.  After the reboot they are stuck on the HP logo.  I have tried all the recommended key combinations to reset the Bios.  I have also tried to boot from bios USB to reset.  No luck.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

I was able to remove the hard drive then boot to the Bios USB and get the bios flashed.  This is resolved.

Hi, I have the same problem, following a BIOS update last night that appeared successful.

How do I create a BIOS image on USB? Could anyone point me to more detailed instructions? Should I revert to an earlier version?

Don't worry. I took the back off and disconnected the SSD. After that, it booted into the setup menu, and I ran diagnostics successfully. Popped the SSD back in, and it booted normally. The BIOS update had indeed been successful. No further action neccessary.
