 I have researched and solved my problem . The HP recovery partition is 20 gb and there is al ready +/- 18 gb used so that the 3.5 gb needed for Windows 10 is not enough.

 

Now I need to know how to access the contents of the partition  and find out if I will be able to reduce the size of the occupied portion by deleting selectively.  If access to content is not possible how do i get to instal Windows 10
