HP Recommended

Hi there, I have an HP Probook that does not power up. I have followed the video tutorials regarding disconnecting all additional connections and holding the power button for 15 seconds however, this does not resolve the issue and the laptop still does not turn on.  
When I connect the power cord, the light initially comes on solid white but then begins to flash orange a short time later. 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
