Just purchased (13 May 2022) Spectre 360 13-AW2502TU laptop from HP online and installed a clean image.
I have installed HP Support Assistant and checked the warranty via the app and states the warranty commenced 18 January 2022.
I have run the online warranty checker to see if I can raise a dispute though this is missing in the response.
It does state how I go about disputing it.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Let's check your warranty details using the HP Customer Support - Product Warranty Check website.
Find, and then note the serial number for your HP notebook. For detailed steps, go to Finding the Serial Number.
Go to the Product Warranty Check website.
Select the country/region where the computer was purchased, type your serial number, and then click Check Warranty.
Review the warranty status details for your product.
If you think the product warranty details from the Product Warranty Check website are incorrect, submit a dispute.
From the HP Product Warranty Check results for your product, click Dispute this to display the Warranty validation form.
NOTE: If the dispute link does not display, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online.
Type your contact information, and then select a Dispute reason.
If prompted to upload the proof of purchase, click Choose File, and then double-click the proof of purchase file to upload it.
NOTE: Make sure the file does not exceed 2 MB and is an acceptable digital file format: .bmp, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .png, .pdf, or .zip.
Click Dispute warranty.
HP reviews the warranty status for your product and contacts you after the review.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
