Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0038nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought this notebook because of its battery life (11 hours). It has been two days since I have been using the notebook and the maximum I get is about 4 hours. I then changed the power setting to "quiet mode" and the battery life increased by another 40 minutes. I am very disappointed! (and feel cheated)
Can someone tell me what is wrong? I would be satisfied if the battery gave me even 7 hours of power.
I am only using the computer for email, browsing, typing documents, etc. I have not been playing video or audio. I am connected to the WiFi network. I have not installed any special software: except antivirus (Sophos Free version), and run some cloud drive sync software (google drive, onedrive, box).
