Hello
On my HP Spectre x360 one of the two USB C ports is not working.
For example it does not charge when my charging cable is plugged in and it does not recognize my usb c cable that connects to the hp monitor. When I plug in a cable the led light does not come on.
So far I have:
1. Clicked all drivers for the usb c are up to date
2. Gone into the device manager and unclicked a checkbox about shutting off power the the usb c s
3. Turned off the laptop and held the power button and windows b for a long time
4. Performed all hp and windows update
The other usb c worked perfectly.
Can you please advise how how to get the usb c port working again?
Thanks
Peter

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.
I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.
Keep me posted.
