Product: HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G10 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello.
I have a problem with HP 865 G10 Battery Care.
The HP support Assistant application shows the need to replace the battery when I set Maximize battery life in Battery Care.
(Nominal capacity: 51 WHr
Full achievable charging capacity: 50 WHr (96%)
Remaining capacity: 41 WHr - this value will change after setting Maximize battery life
Failure ID: 9LJC1R-C4UC5A-MFGH61-C09E23
Battery manager evaluates that the battery needs to be replaced.
Is it a bug of the app?
