Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all, I've been having issues when using the HP Device Manager to shadow our thinclients with TigerVNC.

I'm using HP Device Manager 5.03, but I see that there's a 5.0.6 available, so I'm downloading that now to see if it helps, but the problem is that once I enable VNC, provide a password and send the task, when I try to shadow the device, all I get is a black screen.  I can't see anything on the remote computer except for a little connection info box of some sort.  Sometimes the shadow works fine, but the majority of the time I just get a black screen.

The clients are mt44, the agent is 5.0.3669.38740.  The image version is usually 17WWMTAj604#SABA#DABA, but I do see a few of them are version 19WWMTAN604#SABA#DABA.  Wondering if that's the reason as well.  I can't find an easy way to update the version.

Anyway, has anyone else ran into this problem? I've searched the forums and came up blank.  Thanks for any help that you can provide.
