Product: HP Thunderbold Docking Station G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, 

 

i am the only employee working with an HP EliteBook 840 G6. Now i have the HP Thunderbolt Docking Station G5. 

The USB-C Cable is inserted to my Laptop. The Monitor connected with an Display Port cable is working, the LAN/ Ethernet cable is working and the Laptop is charging. 
But the USB-A Ports for connections with other devices, in my case Scanner, Hub for SD cards, Microphone and Webcam is not connected. The power of the devices is on but the data are not connecting. 

I already have updated and installed all treibers.
