Thunderbolt Software not recognize Dock station

all driver is uptoday, but it working nothing

it is hard to tell what could be the problem

 

I would run HP Image Assistant, make sure the BIOS and drivers are up to date on the ZBook, then in the BIOS change (temporarily) the Thunderbolt setting to No Security. Repower both ZBook and TB docks, and see if the dock can be seen. Then, update the firmware on the dock

i have running HP Image Assistant.

The BIOS and drivers are up to date

The firmware on the dock was yesterday up to date

but i hav't Thunderbolt setting in the BIOS

which Zbook version and Generation do you have ?

 

try to NEter in F10 BIOS setup , and set Thunderbolt Secueirty to disable ,and see what happens.

 

Then you can re enable , Thunderbolt Security again

i have HP ZBook 15v G5 no Thunderbolt in BIOS menue

but it is terrible!!!

i have two notebooks from HP

one notebook has no more connectivity to Thunderbolt and by another notebook updates running no more. Notebooks are one years old!!!!!
