Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased an HP Thunderbolt doc with an audio module at the end of June to improve my ability to be heard during video conferences. I installed all of the drivers and it worked well from 6/28 to 7/14. I went on vacation. When I returned 7/28 I decided to change my monitor setup from a single widescreen 34" monitor to two 27" monitors. The audio dock stopped working for calls. It still connects all of the peripherals, monitors, keyboard, mouse, all doing fine. But the audio module is not detected. I have reinstalled all the drivers and run through every troubleshooter. Nothing seems to help. Advice much appreciated!
