Thunderbolt Dock G4

I am trying to figure out how to turn off my Thunderbolt Dock G4 so all devices connected to it turn off when I want to turn off my laptop. I have tried many different ways, unplugging, checking software, different buttons, different ways of shutting down, hitting/holding the power button, and so on when it came to my docking station. I also looked online but there didn't seem to be any support and I was curious how I could get my docking station to fully turn off all devices connected to it without unplugging it. Since my HP Omen Outpost mouse pad (Which has RGB lights) And then my laptop cooling stand is connected to my docking station but stay turned on when I try to turn off my docking station.

Whenever I turn off the or rather hold the power button to the docking station or turn off my laptop all devices connected to the docking station turn off for a second or two but then turn back on. Though it's odd since my keyboard which is also connected to the docking station turns off but my other devices connected don't. I was mainly curious if there is a way to turn off the docking station to all devices or if will I just have to unplug those devices?
