HP EliteBook 650 G9

Hi there, hope some one can help, I have a user on the network with a new HP EliteBook 650 G9 laptop plugged in the the HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 that they have been using for the last couple of years and now they have a triple monitor setup but for some reason the VGA port on the dock doesn't display a picture, the 2 DP ports are fine as they have always worked and I have tried moving cables around and it just seems to be the VGA port, Windows 11 detects all 3 of the monitors like you would expect but then the monitor says it doesn't detect a VGA signal and switches off.

I have another older HP EliteBook laptop that has the same dock with triple monitors and that would fine (although they do have to keep the laptop lid closed as it only allows 3 screens to be driven at once.

This new laptop does detect all 4 screens, but just the VGA one doesn't get a signal, despite it being correctly detected.

I did run the HP Support Assistant and it did a firmware update for the laptop and I have run the Dock firmware software, but it doesnt seem to have detected any need for any firmware to be updated on that.

Is this purely a case of you arent able to run 3 (4 with the laptop screen) on that dock on windows 11?

Cheers... Damien.
