I am working from home this week and next week, and when I went to set up my monitors on Monday morning I plugged in my dock and the light did not turn on. My charger does not have an indicator light to show whether it is plugged in or not, but I tested the voltage on it and I was getting 0 volts. I assumed that the charger was broken. I ordered a new charger and it came today, and it did have an indicator light on it to show that it was on. When I plugged it into the wall outlet the green light turned on, but as soon as I plugged it into the hub the green light turned off. Then I tested the voltage on the outlet and it was 0 volts. Then I tried it on another outlet and the same thing happened. The outlets do not have the GFCI button on them, so I think they outlets may be shot. Is there anything I can do besides buy a new hub?
