We have several HP USB-C G5 docks that are connected to 2 monitors, and randomly the screens go black for a few seconds and then come back. It is very annoying. We tried several different brand cables, and monitors. It just randomly happens. I've read that it could be the cables, does anyone know what cables are known to work with these? The monitors are a variety of Acer, HP, View Sonic, and other brands, mostly connected via DVI with an adapter. Laptops are HP ProBook 450 G9 and G10, which are compatible with these docks. They work most of the time, just sometimes they go black for a few seconds. I've tried BIOS updates on the laptops, and firmware updates on the docks. Any help would be appreciated.
