HP USB-C Travel Dock (T0K29AA#AC3) not properly working after BIOS Update

Hello everyone, 

after updating the BIOS Version HP P80 1.34 for HP Elitebook X360 1030 G2 via the HP SSM, several of our colleagues have issues connecting the USB-C Travel Dock USB Replicator (TOK29AA#AC3) again. Windows detects the device after a Power Reset. After Shutdown and Start of the Notebook, the device has disappeared. 

We have installed the latest Windows Version.

BIOS Reinstall didn't solve the Problem.

How can we solve the problem without using Power Reset after every Shutdown?
