The HP Warranty Check site for single and multiple products has not worked for two days!!

 

The common "We're sorry HP Customer Support site is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back later.

 

This has been an ongoing issue for several months. This is impacting not only the common consumer, but businesses as well, which rely on this site to provide services and support to their clients.

 

Please do not recommend sending a list via email, as this takes up to three days to get the data back, which may or may not include everything that was submitted. This is a significant drain, especially when there may only be 10 to 20 items that needs to be checked.

 

When is HP going to fix this issue and provide a stable system?
